  Stay away from this company unless you want them to come and spray your lawn turning it brown each time, or unless you want them to come out and spray multiple times over several weeks for bugs just for the same amount of bugs to get inside the house and no change to the amount of bugs around the house. Don't be fooled by their slick car salesmen like sales reps. Their lawn service hurt the lawn instead of helping it, going back to fertilizing and weeding my own lawn has it looking 10x better than when we had their services. Spraying for bugs myself has made a night and day difference to the bugs compared to when we had their services. And their bug control is the equivalent to spraying my house with Off bug repellant. And don't expect them to cancel your service when you tell them to, and then continue to bill you still after three months after cancelling. My wife was harassed by their pest General Manager, feeling belittled when she told him to cancel our service, and was told that he would come out our property to have a look. Even after being told no, that she wasn't home and that we didn't want them back on our property he stated that he would just come out anyways. Or to provide good customer service, let alone having any of their managers be able to help you, or keep their word about calling you back. And definitely don't expect them to uphold their Guaranteed or your money back guarantee on either of their lawn or pest services. For a company who touts that if a customer is not completely satisfied with Massey Services that they will provide the necessary service at no additional charge, and continue to provide service until your satisfied or they will refund your last regular payment they sure don't keep their word on that.   AVOID this company by all means . They are the worst . They don't do the job right and want to continue charging you for the useless services they render .
